My husband found THIS Paula Deen Recipe, and I modified it to fit what we liked and used (or had around the house)Now its:
Rotty's Healthy Mac-Salad
- 2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (I used shells)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs WHITES ONLY, chopped
- 3 stalks diced celery
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced green onions
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- Pepper
- Pinch of salt
- dash of onion powder
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of paprika
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and put into the refrigerator until ready to serve.Serves: 6
