Mish-Mash-Throw-Together Dinner

Last night, B had to work, and I had NO idea what to make for dinner. So I sort of made a twist on a couple different recipes. It doesn't look that tasty, but boy howdy this was so yummy
So in honor of how it came about, i named it the:

Mish-Mash-Throw-Together Skillet

Ingredients
1lb - ground chicken breast (you could use turkey or beef)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 zucchini (chopped)
1 can tomatoes (I used rotell w/ peppers)
1 can vegetarian chili (I used safeway brand)

I browned the meat with a little EVOO with the onions included. I seasoned it with my old stand bys (season salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder)

Then i threw in the rest of the ingredients, I cooked until everything was mixed together and the veggies were cooked.

I served it with biscuits topped with a touch of mozzarella and basil out of my garden.

This dinner was super quick, super flavorful, and so yummy.

B took the last of it for his 'lunch'.

Hope you enjoy.
