My go to dish is my turkey pasta bake. If I don't know what to make, and we're having people over, This is what I make. I don't remember where I found this recipe, but I've made it so many times now its second nature.
1 package pasta
1 package jenny-o Italian seasoned turkey
1 egg
1 package mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
cook the pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water
cook the turkey through, add the sauce.
in a bowl mix the pasta, egg, and cheese
put into a baking dish (i use the 13x9 glass cake pan)
top with the sauce and turkey mixture
bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
SO GOOD!
